Useful Links
Below are a few useful miscellaneous links.
Please use the contact page to share others and I may post it. Thank you!
Rhyme Zone - An excellent site for looking for rhyming words. Be sure to try the advanced feature. I like that section better.
Thesaurus.com - There are probably other good sites. This works well. There is link on top to dictionary.com, which is also a good site.
JJazzlab - A very useful and excellent site for creating backing tracks for your own songs or finding tracks for some songs you may know. There is a learning curve, but it is not large. The one instruction you may miss is that you need to know is when you split a section you already created (perhaps you want different instrumentation in that part), you need to insert more bars, and then copy what you want into the new section and delete the bars you don't want you must do that instead of creating the last bar in a segment, because that will delete everything after it. Control "Z" will undo what ever you do while you are learning. Rather than just posting the link to the download for jjazzlab, This link provides other links as well, including tutorials. See image below. If you like the software, they will request a contribution for their work developing this open source software. The amount is up to to you. But there is plenty of time to test it out.
